The property includes 2 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and 5 bathrooms (3 of them en suite), comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, 2 baby beds, and 2 highchairs. Outside, a beautiful 63 m² saltwater pool invites you to cool off after sunbathing. You can enjoy meals at the long table on the patio, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening, or simply relax in the holiday atmosphere created by the Mediterranean plants. The large garden with fruit trees and a wide lawn offers plenty of space to unwind, and there are soccer goals, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a ping-pong table for sporting activities. A bar, a restaurant, and a supermarket are just 650 meters or an 8-minute walk from the accommodation, and Cala Pada beach is only 2.3 km away, offering a fantastic spot for beachgoers. Diving and snorkeling courses are also available for an extra fee.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included. The house has a photovoltaic electricity system and an emergency electricity generator. Parties are not allowed. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
