Cosy traditional style holiday villa, located in the beautiful area of "Ternelles", very close to the town of Pollença, which can be easily reached by foot. This villa is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for tranquility and at the same time to be close to the town, with all the cultural and gastronomic offer within easy reach.
The interior of the house is antique, but very well kept and clean, with all the necessary comforts provided for a modern lifestyle. On the ground floor, there is a small but fully equipped kitchen, a nice and spacious dining room and a living room with two sofas and a television.
The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a double bed, and the other 2 with two single beds each. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with bathtub. On the other hand, the toilet with shower is situated outside, in the swimming pool area.
The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a small covered terrace with barbecue, tables and chairs, ideal to enjoy meals and dinners with family and friends.
Pollença is home to this villa. Pollensa Port and Alcúdia Port are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Playa del Port de Pollença and Alcúdia Beach. Hidropark and Karting Can Picafort are also worth visiting.
