The house is located in a quiet urbanization a few meters from one of the best beaches in Mallorca, and near important tourist areas such as Cala Millor and towns such as Manacor and Porto Cristo. It has an approximate built area of 250m2 plus terraces, porch and solarium.
It can accommodate up to 8 people, comfortably furnished, with central heating ideal for the winter months. It consists of two floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a beautiful piano for music lovers, dining room, laundry, terraces with outdoor dining for the summer months and even for many winter days as it is located on a large porch, private pool with solarium and their corresponding hammocks.
Two minutes walk from the house is a large shopping center open all year where you can make your purchases, library, medical center, church, bus stops, restaurants, souvenirs, etc. Ideal for tennis lovers and athletes in general, as it is located 15 km from the Rafa Nadal Academy and Sport Center.
In the north, the small Punta de n'Amer natural area with a viewpoint on the coast, separates it from the extensive tourist offer of Cala Millor, and in the south, the seafront with a multitude of shops and restaurants connects it directly with S'illot . Walking you can comfortably travel several Kilometers of the coast in a north and south direction. Riding by bicycle you can reach the famous caves of Drach in Porto Cristo. By bus there is also good connection to other destinations.
It has approximately one km of fine white sand beach and crystal clear waters, ideal for children since there is a huge distance with little depth, which attracts an international clientele, especially families who want to rest and disconnect.
Very good communication to get to Palma de Mallorca the capital of the island and enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere of a great city. With numerous theaters, museums, emblematic monuments, an old town worth visiting, churches, the great cathedral with sea views, the best restaurants and exclusive shops for you to enjoy a great day of shopping.
Located in Sant Llorenc des Cardassar, this villa is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cala Millor Beach and Cala Agulla Beach. Traveling with kids?
