An ideal location for the museums, walks, gardens and monuments of the center. Nearby are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns and cafes where life and the most genuine and cosmopolitan atmosphere take place in the center.

It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just a 7-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

IMPORTANT: Being a very central apartment, there may be noise at night in the rooms facing the street, especially during weekends (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and holidays. On the other hand, the main room is very quiet, there is no noise from the street as it is inside. It is a spacious and quiet room with an en-suite bathroom and television.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. But smoking is allowed on the outside balconies.

FIRST FLOOR: The building does not have an elevator. The apartment is located on the first floor.

PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming allergic guests.
