Very light and sunny corner apartment located in a beautiful urbanization only 1km from the town of Denia and 200m from the beach. The 2 bedrooms with exterior windows on 2 sides are double, have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan. The bathroom also with external window and lots of light has a bathtub with shower, toilet and bidet. From the living room and from the master bedroom we access the spacious and sunny terrace with views of the beautifully-kept garden areas of the urbanization and the huge swimming pool with a bridge in the middle. The urbanization is very attractive and well equipped, with its well-kept green areas, a children's playground, paddle tennis court and a large community pool. The kitchen is independent, it is fully equipped and has an extra utility room beyond with washing machine and a second sink and great views towards the town and the Montgo. The apartment is located on the first floor of an attractively designed 2-storey building and comes with a covered parking space included. NOT AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND and already let till the end of June. It is available to rent weekly FROM 1st JULY until mid September, price determined by the month and the length of your stay, then monthly from September to June, please enquire to the owner for prices relevant to your requirements.
