Welcome to Coquina Surf located at 19 Coquina Trail. This pristine South Beach home on Bald Head Island features ocean views and gorgeous coastal décor. With five bedrooms and five full baths, this home can comfortably accommodate 12 people. You will be blown away by the extraordinary views of the beaches and golden sunsets. At the end of Coquina Trail, there is a boardwalk with direct access to South Beach where you can easily enjoy ample time enjoying the sand and surf.

From the moment you arrive, you will realize this home is located on one of the best streets on the island with plenty of beautifully landscaped outdoor living space. With two levels of wide oceanfront decking, you’ll find yourself sipping an evening cocktail, watching for dolphins and listening to the comforting sounds of the waves.

As you enter you will fall in love with the gorgeous coastal décor and be wowed as you wander throughout the whole house. The beautiful hardwood floors and distinctive unique décor offers a designer touch not often found in a rental.

The first of several master suites is found on the first floor with a king-sized bed, a private and spacious spa bath and access to an oceanfront deck and outdoor seating. This floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, and private full bath and the other has two delightful double beds also with its own full bath.

The second floor has two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with elegant coastal décor, built in closets, and one of the prettiest bathrooms on the island. Soak in the spa tub and enjoy the coastal breezes and ocean views from the balcony. The other guest room also features a king-sized bed and private bath.

As you step foot into the XL grand living area, you will be enticed by the blue waves outside the windows. Enjoy direct oceanfront wrap around porch access from the living and dining room. The living room offers comfortable but elegant furniture, a mounted flat screen TV, and a screened-in ocean front porch with more living space. The extra-large and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter space, butler’s pantry, stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked spice cabinet, multiple coffee makers and top of line cookware, will make cooking a breeze. With bar stool seating for four at the kitchen island, and dining room seating for ten, guests will have plenty of space and everything to create great memories with family and friends while enjoying meals on vacation.

This rental provides guests with two golf carts for your use to enjoy the island – one four passenger and one six passenger. It also provides the convenience of a highchair, a pack n play, for those with small children. For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. There is a flat screen TV provided in the living room and in each bedroom. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels make your trip to the beach fun and easy.

Also provided for your stay: Bedroom and Bath Linens. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
