Upstairs, a vaulted-ceiling open floor plan makes the most of its walls of windows by highlighting ocean panoramas extending from Frying Pan Shoals all the way down South Beach. The bright living space is anchored by a gas fireplace, features built-ins and extends egress to the home's piece-de-resistance-its deep, covered water-facing front and side porches. You'll spend contented hours here rocking while relishing shimmering seascapes and savoring snacks as well as salty breezes at the al fresco dining area. If inside meals are your preference, you'll still be surrounded by briny views at the generous, window-surrounded dining table. Nearby a granite breakfast bar offers even more seating. The gourmet kitchen serves up stainless appliances, plenty of storage and counter space and both water and forested dune views. Down the hall, the King Owner's suite boasts additional sunlit water perspectives, its own access to the upper porch, a private office and an oversize ensuite bath with a his/her vanity, a water closet, and a large sea-glass pebble/tiled shower. This level also houses the laundry and a half bath. Conveniently located near the Island's center-close to both the beach and shops and providing access to WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends, this gem is an ideal BHI haven. The elevator is not for guest use at this property.
