Fully renovated masterpiece with the ocean and the passing world below, this home has amazing views from every room and the full-length spacious decks. The Views get even better from the adjacent three-story crofter with unobstructed views that are always tempting you to walk down the pathway to the beach below.
Fall in love the minute you walk into this open floor plan home, boasting a gourmet kitchen with center island, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and gas stove. The dining area flows into the - first of two-family rooms with gleaming wood floors, built-in bookcases, wet bar with ice maker, all open onto the large, covered ocean view porch and paver block deck for easy grilling and entertaining. Upstairs in the main cottage are two bedrooms.
The master suite, with king bed and a private bath, designer tile and double sinks, also offers work at home space overlooking the ocean and access to pen deck. The guest bedroom on the same floor in the main house has two queen beds with a bath with new ceramic tile tub/shower. - the views are captivating.
The adjacent 3-story tower/crofter was recently renovated and is truly unique.
The ground floor of the crofter is a grand living room, perfect for entertaining with wall-to-wall windows for panoramic views but also screams ''I want to sleep in here on the XL sectional sofa." The second floor boasts another guest suite with views, a queen bed and full bath. Upstairs is the Eagle's Nest -- that can also be whatever you want - a bedroom with a king bed and a full bath, an office or a hideaway with a wet bar, and has unobstructed views all the way to The Point.
Outside is a private courtyard which extends your gathering space making this home making this one of the ''best family and friends'' home on the island.
