Short 4 min walk to the marina (picture yourself sitting out on the restaurant/bar deck and watching the boats come in and out!). Quick 2 minute walk to the community salt water pool with bath house. Condo is one level on the first floor- no climbing stairs! Hardwood floors and ceramic baths. All bedrooms with en suite baths! The master bathroom has a King size bed with a enormous walk in closet. One bedroom with twin beds for the kids or grandkids. Open floor plan and tastefully decorated- cook dinner while visiting with your friends or family that are seated at the raised bar or dining or living room. (2) wall mounted TV's, and surround sound speakers. Tons of cabinets and closet space. Completely outfitted and tastefully done. A fully screened patio provides a place for relaxation and drinks after a very busy day. Quiet and safe neighborhood that lends itself to long leisurely walks, riding bicycles, and close proximity to the beaches. Once down at the beach you'll enjoy a private parking lot for renters and St James owners - there's a beach house which has rest rooms , a swimming pool and beach accessories- and most important, a beautiful wide beach a few steps away. The restaurants of Oak Island are a short drive away. People that come to Southport don't want to leave- it's that amazing of a place. Well situated for so many activities - golfing, beaching, nature walks, and exploring historic Southport or Wilmington.
