Bring your family and enjoy a newly renovated 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a private pool. Steps from South Beach and a short walk to downtown.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, new kitchen, large dining room with table seating for 10, family room and a bathroom. The newly remodeled basement has a family room, bathroom, laundry room and two bedrooms. 1st bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed and two xl twin beds.

Sit on the front porch and wait for the sunset or enjoy a private screened porch in the backyard.

Please make sure you can abide by all rules before booking property. This is a home for families. 12 person maximum and no parties.
A lease and pool waiver must be completed prior to your approval. Only the individuals listed on the rental agreement are allowed on the property.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in South Side, a neighborhood in South Haven. Lake Michigan and Pilgrim Haven Natural Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum & Gardens and Michigan Maritime Museum. The Fun Park and Kids Place Park are also worth visiting.
