You will enjoy this homes’ heated in ground pool, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, private backyard, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, game room and close proximity to downtown, beach and the pier. You can’t beat this location plus plenty of parking to boot!
You will fall in with love South Haven and all the great things to see and do close to your doorstep…..1 block to town and harbor walk, 5 blocks to the beach and newly constructed splash pad. Numerous restaurants, theatre, boating, festivals, breweries and playgrounds are all in walking distance to this unique location. Not only is this home walkable to all the fun it also offers one major feature seldom found in area rentals….the heated inground pool (16W x 32Lx 9 deep with a shallow end of 3 feet) and private landscaped back yard. Hanging out in this backyard provides fun for the whole family!!! An outside dining table with umbrella and loungers help to enchance your poolside experience. Over looking the backyard is the large screened inporch with comfortable seating and a table for additional dining. Indoor/Outdoor living at its finest!!!!!!
Off the screened porch you will find a well stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and another dining area. The dining area opens to a roomy living room with a large high quality sectional with flat screen. Two additional bedrooms and full bathroom round out the main floor. A master bedroom with king size bed and front bedroom with a Queen and twin size bed provide lots of sleeping rooms for those who might not be able to navigate stairs.
Upstairs you have a second master suite with a king size bed with its own keurig, private bathroom and private entrance to the 2nd floor deck overlooking the street scene. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a full over twin. Each bedroom upstairs has its own AIr conditioning wall unit to assist with the central air during the really hot summer months.
The downstairs (finished basment) offers a private level all of its own!!! A queen bedroom, adjoining full bathroom, laundry facilities and small kitchen with full size refrigerator and game room.
This home has so many great features for any kind of group. All groups are welcome however we do not allow any kind of parties….no bachelor/bachelorette parties, sorority/fraternity or large gatherings. The pool is ONLY FOR THE OCCUPANTS of this home. If your group is renting multiple homes in the area it is NOT allowed to all gather on this homes premises. Minumum age requirement of 25, No pets and no amplified music. All guests are expected to be respectful of the residential neighbors.
Located in Downtown, a neighborhood in South Haven, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. Michigan Maritime Museum and Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum & Gardens are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Southside Municipal Marina and Warner Vineyards. South Haven Center for the Arts and The Fun Park are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the ice skating and snowmobiling.
