Welcome to The South Haven Bungalow!

Built in 2012, you'll enjoy all of the new amenities in and out of this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. It is located on Webster Ave., a quiet cul-de-sac street with nearby beach access (500 yards estimate). Walk or ride your bikes to downtown South Haven (only 1 mile away). Or better yet, walk the beach to downtown and the light house during a sunset.

You'll enjoy the wonderful lay-out of this immaculate home. It was designed and built to be a vacation rental. The great room, dining room and kitchen are combined in an open concept with an awesome vaulted ceiling. The bedrooms are off a hallway leading to a large 3 season room/porch and a fantastic private backyard complete with fire pit, swing set and kid's play house with slide.

The master suite has a comfortable king bed and full bath. The first guest room has a comfortable queen bed and 2 twin beds (bunk). The second guest room has 2 bunk beds (full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top).

COVID-19 Cleaning Protocols:

Our professional cleaning staff have been with us from the beginning. They use the following products to clean and sterilize against COVID-19.

Clorox Cleaning Spray with Bleach
Viruserv Sterilizing Gun

These were used during our busy 2020 season with no issues.

Located on a lake, this vacation home is in North Side, a neighborhood in South Haven. Michigan Maritime Museum and Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum & Gardens are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include The Fun Park and Kids Place Park. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
