The adjacent dining area opens to the expansive deck giving you the option of inside or outside dining. 

During the colder months, you'll love curling up on the large sectional sofa in front of the gas fireplace. The living room is complete with a large-screen SmartTV so you can enjoy all your favorite streaming apps. 

Three spacious bedrooms provide wonderful space to unwind at the end of the day. Master suite has a flat-screen Smart TV, a comfortable king-size bed, and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a queen bedroom and a fun bunk room with two pyramid-style bunk beds. 

Tucked in the trees along a winding creek, the outside space of this home is truly magical. The expansive deck offers plenty of outdoor furniture where you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy a meal outside, or just kick back and let the breeze take your worries away. Step down to the fire pit area creekside - snack on s'mores while making memories and visiting with your loved ones.

Just a beautiful 1/2-mile stroll away, you will find a path to Lake Michigan. This is great access for a morning or sunset swim, to put in a kayak or paddle board, or to browse the shore for rocks and fossils. For a day at a larger beach, we recommend checking out North or South Beach in South Haven or the Oval or Douglas Beach in Saugatuck/Douglas.

This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If you flush other items, such as feminine products, it will cause a sewage backup into the showers. Please only flush toilet paper.
This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking. 
The Lake Michigan beach access point is a 0.6-mile walk, drive, or bike ride away.
The bunk house hangout room does not have heating or cooling, but you may access it year-round.
