There is a mud room with a stacked washer and dryer. The living room has two sofas and a smart TV. A/C and internet access are available.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard is spacious, private and enclosed with a patio table and chairs. You can grill dinner on the gas grill and sit in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit at night. The front yard has views of Lake Michigan.
PARKING
There is an attached one stall garage and a second car can be parked in the driveway or, as available, in the street in front of the home.
LOCATION
This home is ½ a block away from Kids Park and 1 ½ blocks from the blue staircase down to the beach. Access to the Van Buren bike trail is nearby. Kids Park is recently remodeled with new playground equipment. In the evening you can sit in benches at the park and watch a beautiful Lake Michigan sunset.

Located on a lake, this vacation home is in South Side, a neighborhood in South Haven. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Michigan and Pilgrim Haven Natural Area, while Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum & Gardens and Michigan Maritime Museum are cultural highlights. South Haven Center for the Arts and The Fun Park are also worth visiting.
