The space
The open concept living area features a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the local area. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying it with your loved ones.

The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and room for everyone to spread out. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The 2nd bedroom is very private with queen bed, en suite bath and sitting area. The other two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one with queen and one with full comfortable beds, share a bath just outside their doors. There is a 2nd King size bed in the basement with its own full bath and sitting area and walkout access to the pool and fire pit. The basement also houses an exercise room equipped with elliptical, stationary bike, and weights.

The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Vermont weather. The backyard features a large stone deck with gas fire pit surrounding the heated pool (seaasonally open June-September), as well as dining and seating areas, perfect for BBQs and outdoor meals. There is a porch off the kitchen with gas grill and seating as well as a large second porch with plenty of seating to relax, drink cocoa, and watch sledders or sunset.

The home is located close to everything while offering a private oasis for you and your guests. The Burlington bike path is accessible from the backyard giving access to symanski park with its playground, tennis courts, and basketball court just a short walk or bike down the path. The airport is just a short drive away, and the UVM is right down the street.
