The space
Welcome to our spacious two-story dwelling, designed to provide you with a comfortable and memorable stay. As you step inside, the first floor presents an expansive living room, furnished for relaxation and equipped with a dining table for your meals. It also features two bathrooms for your convenience, a fully-equipped kitchen to cater to your culinary needs, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer to take care of your clothing needs.
As you ascend to the second floor, you will find three tastefully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and a pack and play for your little ones. The second bedroom houses a twin bed with another twin bed that conveniently slides out from below, offering versatile sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom is designed for group stays, featuring two bunk beds that can comfortably sleep four guests.
In our home, every room is thoughtfully designed to offer a balance of comfort and functionality, promising to meet the expectations of all our guests.
Guest access
During your stay, you are invited to make the most of every corner of our home. You will have complete access to both the first and second floors, which includes all bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring utmost comfort during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen and laundry room are also entirely at your disposal.
Feel free to unwind on the back patio or enjoy some outdoor fun in the backyard. We also have a playground set for our younger guests, promising fun-filled moments for the whole family. Our property is designed to make you feel at home while offering a variety of spaces for relaxation, work, and play.
Located on a river, this vacation home is in Northeast South Bend, a neighborhood in South Bend. DeBartolo Performing Arts Center and Compton Family Ice Arena are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit University Park Mall and Heritage Square Shopping.
