Relax in the open living room with comfortable seating and a 75” smart TV. A separate den offers additional hangout space with a 65” smart TV. Dining area near the kitchen has plenty of seating for shared meals. The large dining table seats 8 and converts to a pool table for extra fun.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, quick breakfasts, or takeout nights, with plenty of space to prep and dine together.

For guests considering bringing their pet:
While we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed. We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained and at least 1 year old. Hypoallergenic breeds are preferred. Younger pets will need to be approved in advance and guests must agree to our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee ($250+) may be charged if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard.

◼ Pets must be kenneled or crated if left alone at the property. Guests must bring own crate or purchase one locally
◼ When outside the property, pets must kept on a leash
◼ Please do not allow pets on furniture
◼ Clean up and pick up after your pets. Please, no dog poop or urine stains in our home or backyard

There are no extra guest fees—your rate includes all guests up to the maximum occupancy. This home allows up to 2 dogs. Any additional pets require prior approval and are subject to additional pet fees. Please message us in advance.
