The beautifully landscaped grounds include water features, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a full-size tennis and pickleball court, bocce ball court, a heated pool (May-September), a hot tub, and a 30-foot Viking table for al fresco dining. The Pool House adds extra amenities, including a ping pong/billiards table, a small gym, a TV, and an additional bathroom.
