Situated across the street from Nathanson Creek, this stylish house has been lovingly outfitted with Modernica Case Study beds and couches, Eames chairs, local pottery and artwork, as well as practical amenities such as high-speed internet, a built-in home office, air conditioning, and plenty of storage.
The kitchen has a Thermador gas range, stainless steel appliances, teak cabinets, and island seating. If you enjoy cooking and baking, this kitchen is for you with a KitchenAid stand mixer and an additional electric oven. If you like convenience, touches like the Nespresso Vertuo, KitchenAid dishwasher, and LG washer and dryer will fit the bill.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, built-in desk for two, and en suite bathroom with shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and Room & Board desk with two large wardrobes. The 3rd bedroom features two twin beds and Room & Board desk.
The hall bathroom has a skylight over the tub/shower.
The rear garden has been professionally landscaped and maintained and features a lush lawn, a large mature shade tree, and an arbor-covered patio (dripping with wisteria in the spring) ready for outdoor dining.
Other features of the home include a 240-volt outlet in the driveway for electric car charging.
Rent includes regular landscaping service, pest control service, bi-monthly hot-tub service, weekly garbage pickup, water, security system, cable, and internet. Tenant pays for electric and gas. No pets.
Sonoma is home to this vacation home. Domaine Carneros and Napa Valley Wine Train are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sonoma Plaza. Sonoma TrainTown Railroad and Petaluma Arts Center are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including winery tours.
