The updated large kitchen functions as a central hub, integrating a sunny breakfast area, oversized zinc island and walk-in pantry. You will love cooking in this large, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, relaxing or watching the big game in the cozy but large living area with gas fireplace, swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, entertaining in the sun-soaked outdoor dining area with a gazebo and barbecue grill. You will feel like you are miles away from everything but you'll only be 1 mile from the Sonoma Square. The house also has a formal dining room, sunroom and all the amenities! Beautiful stone walls and sculptural iron gates set the tone for this unique property.
Great location in Sonoma Wine Country. You are within walking distance to Buena Vista Winery and Barthalomew Park and an easy bike ride to many other wineries and Sonoma Square (Sebastiani, Ravenswood, Walt Winery, and many more!). 6 Bikes included with the property.

Sonoma County noise ordinance and vacation rental rules are strictly enforced. Absolutely no outside noise after 10PM.
