A two bedroom 1 bath house with an open concept. All just remodeled.
It has an enclosed front yard and back yard so lots of room for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. There is plenty of room for lounging and bar b que area and a fire pit.
The house has all the amenities it sleeps six two queen beds and a queen pull out sofa. Large TV, games and books.
We are close to a lot of wineries and a lot of great dining and shopping.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee bar, tea and snacks. Also if you want something special upon arrival I can arrange that also. (additional charge may apply)
We have a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bathroom has a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, etc.
Bedrooms have his and hers bath robes to be used.
House is very comfortable.
Two parking spaces available out front of the gates. Also upon request we have a car that can be rented for your stay. (additional Charge, please ask)
We will also set up a special occasion if you are arriving and want to surprise someone or just want to have what you like in the house. (additional charge may apply)
Fetters Hot Springs-Agua Caliente, a neighborhood in Sonoma, is home to this vacation home. Napa Valley Wine Train is a popular area attraction and if an activity is on the agenda, Domaine Carneros and V. Sattui Winery are worth checking out. Sonoma TrainTown Railroad and Robert Ferguson Observatory are also worth visiting. Take time off to check out the winery tours and health/beauty spa in the area, or get some fresh air with adventures like horse riding nearby.
