This Private Gated Lodge has been the preferred Montana home away from home to many dignitaries from the worlds of Music, Film, Television, and Sports. This Five Star Private Gated Lodge is nestled within a 20 acre wooded compound with remarkable views of Flathead Lake and offers unmatched Luxury, Privacy and Security. The Lodge features 2 spacious Master Suites each with their own attached Private Bathrooms and a 3rd Bedroom with a 1/2 Bath. Master Suite 1 features a King Bed, 55” Smart TV and private attached bathroom. Master Suite 2 features a King Bed, 55” Smart TV, Starlink High Speed Wifi and an attached Private bathroom. Both Master Suite offer large closets All furnishings are Ralph Lauren or comparable or superior quality. Master Suite 3 features a King Bed and 1/2 Bath. The Living Area features a large gas assisted Stone Fireplace, 2 oversized Leather Couches, 75” Smart TV with Starlink High Speed WiFi. There is fully equipped Chef s Kitchen with Viking appliances that feature a 6 gas burner Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwashers, Keurig Coffee Maker, Large Stainless prep Island with seating for 5 and a Dining Room table with seating for an additional 8 guests. There is a large Porch that spans the width of the Lodge which has comfortable furniture and remarkable views of Flathead Lake. An additional Guest Lodge (The South Lodge) located within the Compound is, by request and on occasion, available for added Guests, Staff or Security Detail. An additional rental fee applies; text for details. The South Lodge features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 5 Beds, a gas assisted Stone Fireplace, Full Kitchen with amenities and a Living Room with leather couches. The South Lodge comes with its own Laundry facility. Guests are strongly recommended to drive or rent an AWD or 4WD vehicle only while renting the property from mid October through April as surrounding roads and driveways are generally snowy and icy during the winter months and your access to the property might not be possible unless you drive an AWD or 4WD due to those conditions. *Please read the “House Rules” below before making your reservation. Our personal commitment to you as our Guests is to provide you with Luxurious and Restful accommodations with no “surprises”. AGE REQUIREMENT: Please be advised that Guest Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent this property. I’m sorry.... There are NO exceptions. CHILDREN: We welcome well behaved children. PETS: Pets are not permitted without the prior approval of Host... there are NO EXCEPTIONS Where Host approves Guest Pets, a charge of $50 per pet per stay shall be paid by Guest at the time of making the reservation. Where Pets are approved Guest is limited to 2 dogs of up to 30lbs each. Guest is strictly liable for any pet related damages tongue property. Guest further agrees never to leave the Pet(s) alone or unattended in or outside the rental property. SMOKING: There is No Smoking anywhere on the property; No Exceptions, Not anywhere outside, Not anywhere inside.... ever. We are located within a strict fire zone. Please respect the policy and know that you risk lives by smoking. If you or your guests need to smoke (anything) this property IS NOT a match for you. This is a 100% Non-Smoking Property. Lake access to renters is approximately 1 mile away in both Lakeside & Somers. We are not a lake front property.
If it is determined that Guest Renters or their Guests have smoked within or outside of the property, a professional smoke eradication service shall be retained to thoroughly eliminate the smell of smoke to the exclusive satisfaction of Host. Guest shall additionally receive a 1 Star Rating and a Warning to other Hosts shall be posted regarding Guest Renters willful violation of Hosts mandatory No Smoking rental rule. GUEST RENTER: Please, no more than 6 Guests are authorized to stay at the property at any one time ......No exceptions. “Guest Renter” must be present at the time of Check-In and throughout the rental period and will be greeted by Host or Host’s representative at Check-In; Guest Renter is required to present government issued identification at the time of Check-in to verify their identity. Unfortunately we do not rent to nor permit pre-entry at Check-In to Absentee, Substitute or Remote Guest Renters acting on Guest Renters behalf or authorization. This is for everyone’s protection.
No commercial filming or photography of any kind may be performed on the grounds of this property with the prior written consent of the Host and without Guest first providing Host with proof of an acceptable liability insurance policy naming the property and the Host as additional insureds.... No Exceptions. Guests should be aware that owner periodically resides in a Lodge within this 20 acre compound. The above terms and conditions are agreed to by Guests and considered to have been fully incorporated within all other terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
