This condominium is located in a second floor unit of the 'Solana Beach and Tennis Club' (access is at ground level with second floor privacy and views). No Stairs! Both the bedroom and living room have an unobstructed ocean views. Very few condos have a Oceanfront bedroom and corner unit. Nothing like waking up to dolphin swimming in the surf. This condominium complex offers a gated environment with steps to the beach. A shared swimming pool, (heated year round) two large spas, four tennis courts, and covered parking (two reserved spaces).
The condominium has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with spectacular views. Additionally, the master bedroom has unobstructed ocean views. There are two full bathrooms and a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a Twin Bed. There are flat screen TV's in all three rooms. This unit is conveniently located to many restaurants within walking distance. And the Cedro’s Design Center for shopping and a weekend Farmers market restaurants etc.
