This remodeled 1500 square foot oceanfront luxury condo has breathtaking views and is just steps to sand. Elegantly decorated with whitewater views from the living room and bedroom with amazing large outdoor living and dining areas. Complex is gated and secure.
Walking distance to the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack, Cedros design district and many excellent restaurants.
All the amenities and comforts of home: Brand new 75 inch flat screen HDTV in living room and large flat screen in bedroom, high speed wireless internet. Brand new memory foam king bed in master with luxurious linens, king bed in the second bedroom, and full kitchen with Keurig coffee station for that mandatory fresh coffee while breathing in the ocean breeze.
Walk directly down the path to take a dip in the oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, or take a short walk to the beach.
Centrally located with less than 30 minute drive to Legoland, Sea World, the amazing San Diego Zoo, Downtown Gaslamp district and Ballpark. Grocery stores, movie theater and shopping within 5 miles.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE RENTING:
1. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom only although if the door is left open it will cool the main room as well for the rare instances when AC is even needed.
2. This condo is located in a quiet complex and is only suitable for quieter groups.
3. Absolutely no smoking or pets.
4. Start up supplies of paper goods are supplied. For guests staying longer than one week, you will need to purchase additional products for your use.
Located in Solana Beach, this condo is on the beach. While the natural beauty of Del Mar Beach and Moonlight State Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Torrey Pines Golf Course.
