This comfortable and inviting log townhome has slopeside access to the Upper Flume(Green). Three stories with a single car garage, mudroom for ski equipment, gas fireplace, and air conditioning. A well-stocked kitchen, a spacious living space with a large built-in entertainment center, and a large master bedroom with a spa tub. Private deck with hot tub. This comfortable and inviting log townhome has slopeside access to the Upper Flume(Green).

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
Located in Snowshoe, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Cass Scenic Railroad State Park and Slaty Fork Wildlife Management Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Cass Scenic Railroad and Cass Railroad Museum. NRAO Science Center and Green Bank Observatory are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and sledding.
