lift. The townhome has a number of upgraded amenities, including Wolf and Sub

Bear 4-bedroom homes feature the most spacious 4 bedroom floorplan on the
mountain, with 1920 square feet for 2-3 families. Black Bear also offers a
centralized greenspace area with outdoor games, covered pavilion + fire pit.
This unit comfortably sleeps 11: The bunk room sleeps 5 along with 2 queens
upstairs and a king bed in the downstairs master. The appliances are perfect
for those who love to cook and the stocked kitchen is well equipped with
everything you need, including crock pot, air fryer, coffee maker + Keurig,
and ninja blender. All bedrooms also include a flat-panel Smart TV. There is
plenty of parking at your front door and is nearby to a shuttle stop. Lastly,
within a 10-minute walk you will arrive at the Snowshoe village to visit the
shops, restaurants, Starbucks, and other entertainment.

Snowshoe is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cass Scenic Railroad State Park and Slaty Fork Wildlife Management Area, while Cass Railroad Museum and Pocahontas County Historical Society Museum are cultural highlights. Cass Scenic Railroad and NRAO Science Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating and snowmobiling.
