Washer/Dryer. The loft overlooks Living Room. Walk out the door, you're on the slopes and close to everything. Access to Powder Monkey Lift. Within walking distance to the Western Territory and The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of the reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted; no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
Located in Snowshoe, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Cass Railroad Museum and Green Bank Galley are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Powderidge Ski Lift and Ball Hooter Ski Lift. Cass Scenic Railroad and NRAO Science Center are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with snowboarding and skiing, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling.
