CAMP FOUR #7 - 2 BEDROOMS, 2.5 BATHS: BEDDING: Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with private full bath: Bedroom #2: 1 Set of Bunks and 1 twin bed. Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living room. This spacious townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your mountain getaway. Located at the north end of the ski terrain, this inviting retreat is just steps away from the Camp 4 Trail, an easy novice run that provides direct access to Snowshoe's expansive ski system. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer in this roomy condo.
There is a limit of two cars per reservation. Parking passes will be emailed prior to arrival.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
Located in Snowshoe, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Cass Railroad Museum and Pocahontas County Historical Society Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Soaring Eagle Express Ski Lift and Western Express Ski Lift. Cass Scenic Railroad and NRAO Science Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling.
