POWDERIDGE #17 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS FLAT (sleeps 6) - BEDDING: BR #1 King, BR #2 Queen. Sleeper Sofa Gas Fireplace, Private Deck, Washer/dryer, Dishwasher, TVs, DVD/VCR, Slope Side, and Balcony. The flat is located on the lower level and has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator.

~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file

~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.
Located in Snowshoe, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cass Scenic Railroad State Park and Slaty Fork Wildlife Management Area, while Cass Railroad Museum and Pocahontas County Historical Society Museum are cultural highlights. Cass Scenic Railroad and NRAO Science Center are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with snowboarding and skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding and snowmobiling.
