Spacious Living Area: Sun-drenched and stylish, the living room features floor-to-ceiling windows framing the magnificent ocean view. It’s furnished with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and tasteful decor.

Cozy Coffee and Conversation Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is my favorite room in the house. It has 4 swivel, comfy chairs and a spacious window seat.

Gourmet Kitchen: A chef's dream, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, and a large island.

Butler Pantry and Bar: A separate space for all your groceries and supplies to keep kitchen and living room clutter free.

Dining Area: Separate dining area is located between the first and second floors with a wall of windows to enjoy nightly sunset dinners.

Additional Living Room: There is a second living room nestled between the 4 downstairs bedrooms. It has comfy seating and a large flat screen smart tv.

Bedrooms: The property includes 5 elegantly appointed bedrooms. The primary suite, with a king-sized bed, offers an en-suite bathroom and direct ocean views. There are 2 Oceanfront bedrooms downstairs all with en-suite bathrooms and 2 Soundfront bedrooms with their own balconies and en-suite bathrooms.

Bathrooms: There are 6 modern bathrooms, elegantly tiled, with the primary bathroom offering a spa-like experience with large walk in shower.

Exterior Features: Every bedroom has its own private balcony to enjoy the breath taking sunrises or tranquil sunsets. The home has an expansive oceanfront upper deck with a large dining table for oceanfront dining. A large lower deck also has a small dining table. An additional deck with no railing is located right by the dunes so you feel like you are sitting right on the beach.

Private Beach Access: Direct access to a secluded stretch of sandy beach, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or looking for shells.

Expansive Deck: Overlooking the ocean, the deck is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset. Every bedroom has its own private balcony to enjoy the breath taking sunrises or tranquil sunsets. The home has an expansive oceanfront upper deck with a large dining table for oceanfront dining. A large lower deck also has a small dining table. An additional deck with no railing is located right by the dunes so you feel like you are sitting right on the beach.
