• Pets welcome (max 2, under 70lbs). -max 2 dogs, $200 non-refundable fee PER dog, pet fee is non refundable, the applies to any reason at all.
• Non-smoking home—violations incur a $250 fine and damages
• No parties; quiet hours after 9:30 PM
• 12-person max, primary renter must be 25+
• $850 security deposit and signed rental agreement required via Ownerez
• Travel insurance recommended for trip interruptions or weather-related events

Seacoast Art Gallery and Missiles and More Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Back in Touch Massage, Yoga, & Lomilomi and Escape Spa. Ohana Paddle Sports and Thomas Tackle and Seafood are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
