Luxury oceanfront home with panoramic views that extend from North Topsail Beach to the southern tip of Topsail Beach as one of the highest oceanfront properties on the island. On a clear day you can see Topsail Beach water tower 14 miles away.

This home has 4 bedrooms including 2 Master bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms. And as a bonus, all bedrooms have King size beds! The large covered and uncovered decks have panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition, there are two sound side covered porches offering views of the Intercostal Waterway. A private elevated boardwalk and sun deck lead directly to the beach. Upon returning from your day on the beach a hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off is available. A carport with plenty of parking is available for your convenience as well.

Once inside, you will find fresh contemporary decor, gracious size rooms, and comfy king beds in every bedroom. Crisp white bed and bath linens, including freshly laundered quilts and blankets are provided, leaving no question they are clean and sanitary for all guests. There is no need to bring these from home and all beds are made upon on arrival. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, corn hole and more are there for your enjoyment as well.

In the kitchen you are greeted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, smooth top range/oven, toaster oven, microwave, Vitamix Blender and stand alone ice maker. A Keurig and traditional coffee maker along with a grinder and French press are also provided. You will also find chef knives, silverware, kitchen utensils, stainless steel cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals and snacks for your stay. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided.

In the living area a comfy leather sectional, Ekornes Stressless chair, Smart TV, books, games, puzzles and coloring books for adults and kids create an environment of comfort and gathering. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. and Wifi speed is 500 mps, more than enough to handle all portable devices and streaming needs. The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 with 2 Oceanfront King Masters with en-suite baths, 1 Oceanfront King with private en-suite bath and 1 Oceanfront with a King and 2 single beds (or 4 singles depending on your needs).

Guests enter on the ground level foyer with an elevator conveniently located to take you to all floors and bedrooms. With the elevator and 3 foot wide doors the entire home is accessible for wheelchairs all the way to the dune deck - no steps necessary. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms, all with direct view and access to the lower deck and ocean. Here you will find an Oceanfront King Master en-suite bath, Oceanfront King en-suite bath and an Oceanfront King with 2 singles (or 4 singles depending on your needs). There is also a full hallway bath and laundry room with washer/dryer, laundry shoot, dry hanging shelf and detergent provided. Take elevator to the third level where you will find a light filled living, dining and kitchen with panoramic ocean views. There is a large dining table and a kitchen bar for additional seating. On this level an Oceanfront King Master with private en-suite bath is conveniently located as well. The open floorpan flows out onto the covered and uncovered deck with seating for guests to enjoy. Morning sunrises, cups of coffee and evening sunsets are to be enjoyed by all guests. The unparalleled views and ocean breezes greet you everyday and please take special note that EVERY ROOM HAS OCEANFRONT views and DIRECT BEACH ACCESS!

There is not a grill on the property but one can be provided by Sweet Dream Linens and Rentals (please note that grilling should only take place on the gravel surfaced driveway, well away from house.) Other beach and home items that you may need can be provided by Sweet Dreams or Seaside Linen and Rentals as well. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the property.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the sound of waves lapping on this family friendly island beach. Watch the seagulls, pelicans and dolphins from your unobstructed view. Surfing, fishing, shell and shark tooth collecting and sun seeking are all abundant here. It is worth noting that Topsail Island is a Sea Turtle Sanctuary., May - August sea turtles create nests and then begin hatching approximately 60 days later. You may see mama tracks, protected nests or baby loggerheads make their way back to the sea.
