The beach here is uncrowded and perfect for shell hunting and searching for shark teeth. Mornings often start with shrimp boats cruising by and dolphins swimming just offshore. Spend your days swimming, surfing, fishing, or relaxing on the sand, then head back inside for dinner with an incredible ocean view. Sunrise and sunset never get old here.

Topsail Island has three areas—Topsail Beach, Surf City, and North Topsail Beach. Our home sits just a couple of miles past the Surf City line, making it central to the entire 26-mile island.
Easy access to all island restaurants and attractions.

Two bridges onto the island = easy arrival and departure.

This is our personal vacation home and is lightly rented, so it’s kept in great shape, with minimal rental weeks and far less wear than typical vacation rentals.
We ask that guests treat it with the same care they would their own home.

Hurricane Policy: No refunds for mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

For security, there is a camera in the driveway/carport area only—none inside the home or on decks.

Located in North Topsail Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. North Shore Golf Course and Back in Touch Massage, Yoga, & Lomilomi are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Ohana Paddle Sports and Thomas Tackle and Seafood. Mia's Marketplace and The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center are also worth visiting.
