The newly extended front deck faces the sound and has plenty of seating where, if you are lucky, you may witness one of the bright pink and tangerine sunsets that Topsail is known for. Your beach rental is located approximately 4.9 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. You’ll love the peace and quiet here. Head to Surf City or Sneads Ferry (mainland) to visit restaurants, shops, and more!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Please note that this rental provides linens (bed/bath) for all standard beds for reservations 7 nights or more. For reservations less than one week or for non-standard beds (sleeper sofas, futons, roll-aways, etc.) you may bring your own or rent linens through Ward Realty.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean City Beach, a neighborhood in North Topsail Beach. Seacoast Art Gallery and Thurston Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Back in Touch Massage, Yoga, & Lomilomi and Escape Spa. Ohana Paddle Sports and Thomas Tackle and Seafood are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and windsurfing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
