The open main level features a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating, a dedicated dining area, and a comfortable living space where everyone can gather after a day in the sun. Also on the first floor, you’ll find a versatile bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle that can be converted to accommodate different sleeping arrangements.
Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to additional sleeping spaces, including a spacious primary bedroom and a third bedroom. This level offers a quiet, tucked-away retreat from the main living area—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach and enjoying a little extra privacy for your group.
Outside is where this home really shines. Take in the coastal breeze from the deck overlooking the waterway, or enjoy access to the shared dock—ideal for launching kayaks, paddleboards, or simply soaking in the view.

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.
➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
