Completely renovated 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath sound front townhome. Access to the ocean is just steps away- directly across the street. The sound side offers a shared dock with water access for paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking and other water activities. Each level offers a full bath as well as sound facing decks with breathtaking views. The main living space has an open concept, perfect for entertaining. There is an outdoor shower to enjoy after a beach day and plenty of space for parking.

Bedrooms:
1st floor: Bedroom 1- Queen, Bedroom 2- Bunk Bed (Full over Full with Twin Trundle)
3rd Floor: Bedroom 3- Queen; Also on the 3rd Floor is a pull out (twin) loveseat sofa (in the sitting room)

Bathrooms:
1st floor: tub/shower
2nd floor: shower
3rd floor: tub (jetted)
*Outdoor enclosed shower (hot and cold)

During the peak season (between Memorial Day and Labor Day) we offer weekly rentals with check-in and checkout on Saturdays. During the non-peak season, we offer rentals with a minimum of 3 nights.

Linens are provided (sheets, pillow cases, comforters, bath towels, washcloths.) ** exception- if using the pull out sofa bed, you will need to bring your own linens

Fully stocked kitchen that includes, but not limited to: dining wear, utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, electric wine opener, dishcloths and spices. Brand new appliances: refrigerator (with ice maker), stove, microwave, dish washer. (Please feel free to ask if you are looking for something specific and we will confirm if it is there.)

We have smart tv's in all of the bedrooms and living room as well as wireless internet. Our home is well stocked with board games, puzzles and books for the whole family. In addition, we have a sound machine that can be used if desired..

You will have access to the storage shed and are free to use the following: beach chairs, kayaks, paddleboard, beach toys, crab pot.

Additional amenities: washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes hangers, hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen, koozies.

Cleaning fee includes: Cleaning and linens (bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, sheets and bedding, pillows, pillow cases.) All comforters and extra blankets are cleaned between each stay.

In addition, each home will come with a welcome kit/starter pack that includes: dish soap, bar soap in each bathroom, coffee & filters, creamer pods (5), sugar & sugar substitute, ziploc storage kit, sponge & dish rag, trash bags (5), dishwasher tab (5), starter laundry power, roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels.

Located in North Topsail Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. North Shore Golf Course and Back in Touch Massage, Yoga, & Lomilomi are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Surf City Beach and Holly Shelter Game Land. Ohana Paddle Sports and Thomas Tackle and Seafood are also worth visiting.
