• Pick up all trash, cigarette butts, and animal waste from yard around the house if you eat, drink, or smoke (outside only!), or bring a pre approved pet.
• Remove all trash from the property that does not fit into the provided trash and recycle bins. trash service charges me to pick up each extra bag, $30 fee for each bag left outside the bins.
