In a quiet, idyllic Karst village, this renovated house, typical of the region, awaits you and offers a perfect vacation residence for one or more families or a group of friends. The vacation home consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious and modern kitchen with dining area and living room with high quality equipment. In front of the villa there is a beautifully landscaped garden with pool on one side and a covered wooden gazebo with table and benches for dining and socializing on the other. There is also a walled garden barbecue. From the property there is a beautiful panoramic view of the Italian coast. There is also a sauna on the 1st floor of the house.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to three pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
