Vineyard Cottages or “Zidanice” in Slovenia are small, charming houses built in the vineyards on the picturesque hills of the Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the past, Zidanice served as wine storage where the vineyard master could receive his closest friends. The holiday home is situated on a quiet and peaceful vineyard above Otočec. It is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the Krka river valley. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
