House Anika is located at the entrance to Rogaška Slatina and offers a beautiful view of the town and its surroundings. It is just a few minutes' walk from the center, with a cycling path passing by the house, nearby shops, and a view of Slovenia's tallest building – the Kristal Tower.
At first glance, the house reveals itself as a luxurious accommodation with plenty of space and a fantastic location. It can accommodate up to 8 people simultaneously. The house is lavishly furnished with rustic parquet floors, leather seating, high-quality furniture, chandeliers, and a large bread oven.
The house features three spacious bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and an even larger living area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living area opens onto a large outdoor terrace, partially covered. The terrace includes a grill and a swing.
In front of the house, there is parking available for multiple cars, and one can also park in the open garage.
Rogaška Slatina is world-renowned for its healing water springs, high-quality glass production, and beautiful park with the Health Resort. Tourism has been one of the most important industries for over a century. During the Austro-Hungarian period, Rogaška Slatina was a fashionable resort for the elite and one of the most famous health resorts in Europe. It gained worldwide fame with its healing water, Donat.
Nearby is Rogatec with an open-air museum and castle, Podčetrtek with the Olimia thermal spa, and larger cities with rich histories like Celje, Maribor, and Ptuj. There are many hiking trails in the nearby hills of Boč and Donačka gora. Numerous cycling paths are available for cycling enthusiasts, providing plenty of opportunities for interesting and recreational holidays.
