Well house is completely new, built in 2022. Located in the small peaceful village of Urbanci, 11 km from Koper. It has two bedrooms with bed linen, bathroom with towels, flat screen TV, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave. The accommodation has three air conditioners, each room its own and a living area. The special feature of the house is that it has a "well" (fountain) with walking glass in the living room.
Located in Koper, this vacation home is near theme parks. Trieste Harbour and Parovel are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Portoroz Beach and Skocjan Caves. Civico Museo Teatrale Carlo Schmidl and AREA Science Park are also worth visiting.
