There is a barbecue to prepare food, a massage pool and an outdoor fire where guests can sit to enjoy the sunset with a glass of local cviček wine.

Inside, guests can relax in the cosy eat-in kitchen, which is furnished with a digital flatscreen satellite HDTV, a dining table and a single sofa bed. The kitchen provides everything required to cook everyday meals including; an induction hob, an oven and a fridge freezer.

The property is located in the picturesque town of Trebnje in southeastern Slovenia amongst the Dolenjska hills. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails nearby that offer opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the region. These include the picturesque Temenica River (a 20-minute drive) and Debenec Hill (a 5-minute walk), where guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the Dolenjska hills with Triglav in the background.

The local area is also a paradise for wine enthusiasts. Guests will find the Vina Opera winery a 15-minute walk from the accommodation. Here guests can sample the local wine and learn about the centuries-old winemaking traditions that define the area. There is a restaurant and a supermarket an 8-minute drive from the property.
