The property is located a 7-minute drive from Šmarješke Toplice a small town in the southeast of Slovenia. The town is known for its natural thermal springs which have been used for their healing properties for centuries and is home to several spas and wellness resorts. Klevevž a natural swimming pool is also nearby, a 7-minute drive away or approximately 30 minutes on foot.

For those who want an active rest, the property is an excellent starting point for cycling - popular destinations include Kostanjevica na Krka or Novi Mesto (both approximately a one-hour ride away). Set in the most picturesque environment, surrounded by lush greenery and forests, this is also an ideal location for hiking, Koglo vineyard and Vinji vrh are popular destinations.

Another popular excursion is the 13th-century Šmarjetna Gora Castle (a one-hour and 20-minute drive away) which offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. Golfers will enjoy the course at Grad Otočec which is a 14-minute drive away.
