Cozy house with an area of 90 m². On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen with a dining table, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is one large bedroom with a massage bed and a small bedroom. From the living room there is access to a terrace with a view of the city. There is a large parking lot in the area.

The entire house with land on which there is a gazebo, fireplace and parking is available in complete privacy.
