This charming 2-bedroom plus unit offers a perfect blend of comfort and rustic elegance, making it an ideal destination for your next getaway. Overlooking the scenic golf course, this unit provides a breathtaking backdrop for your mountain escape. The loft adds a touch of versatility to the layout, making it an excellent spot for a quiet reading nook or a place for kids to enjoy their space. This unit has a wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of bookings
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
Located in South Mountain, a neighborhood in Snowshoe, this vacation home is in a rural area and next to a golf course. Pocahontas County Historical Society Museum and Cass Railroad Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Cass Scenic Railroad and Cass Scenic Railroad State Park. Elk Springs Fly Shop and NRAO Science Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and sledding.
