This newly renovated and styled 7 bedroom in Skokie is ready to host! The large single family home provides a central location plus all the amenties you'll need for a fun and comfortable stay. Our ninja gym in the basement is a highlight for all parties :). You have a fully stocked kitchen with 12 beds across 3 floors (3 twins, 3 queens, 4 full, 1 king, 1 sofa bed) which makes plenty of room for you to spread out. The property is located 20 minutes from Ohare Airport and 30 min from downtown!
This large and renovated home in Skokie, one of the most central neighborhoods in the chicagoland area, will give you the space and location you need!
My place is great for families with children, business travelers and groups, couples, or visiting parents/grandparents. Enjoy this 3 level single family home on a residential street, with 2 garage spaces for convenience. With plenty of yard space and nice finishes. I want you to feel like this is your home away from home.

My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.

- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster
- I provide coffee grounds and keurig pods as well.
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges & Method brand hand soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

Our home is meant for folks that are traveling for business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house.

Michigan Avenue and Fashion Outlets of Chicago are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Michigan and North Avenue Beach.
