Golf Home 306 is a comfortable and spacious family home located just a short walk from Paulina Pool and tennis courts with quick access to Paulina Spring, the Meadow, and Big Meadow Club House. This 7-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house is perfect for large groups or multi-generational families as it offers four separate wings each with its own full bathroom. The large, fully-stocked kitchen has two dishwashers, two full size pantries, a full-size fridge/freezer plus a beverage refrigerator for ample storage. There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage just off the kitchen. The house has three wood-burning fireplaces with gas assist in the living room, sitting room, and master bedroom. The house is equipped with central heat and air conditioning that allow for comfortable temperatures on all levels year round.
**Important Note: Black Butte Ranch used to charge a $9 per person, per day use fee for all renters year round. Renters used to pay this directly to the Ranch upon check in. This has changed in 2024 to a per night property fee that you will see included in your booking as a property fee.
Located in Sisters, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Big Meadow Golf Course and Glaze Meadow Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Caldera Arts Center and Sisters Community Labyrinth.
