Located in East Central Sioux Falls with quick access to I-229 you'll be minutes to shopping, hospitals & entertainment. This 5 bedroom house is completely renovated top to bottom ready to host families, business & everything in-between. Enjoy the spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, dedicated office, smart TV & deck with grill. Our space includes 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an office, laundry room, living/family room, large dining room, smart TV's & much more! The primary suite includes a queen-size bed with an extremely comfortable brand-new mattress and pillows. There is also a full size closet & on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom on the main level features two twin size beds with brand-new mattresses & pillows, full size closet & ceiling fan. We also have a dedicated office with a very spacious desk, chair and lounge chair. Perfect space to catch up on emails, work from home, or just to do some browsing. There are 3 bedrooms located in the lower level of the property all with brand-new mattresses. 2 of the rooms feature queen size beds and the other hosts 2 twin beds. There is also a full-size crib. These rooms are also equipped with full size closets and luggage racks. The lower level also includes a full bathroom and living/family room & laundry. The family room has a 55" smart TV and one of the best couches to get comfortable on and enjoy your favorite show, movie, or the big game! Perhaps our favorite part of the entire house is the kitchen! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, wine glasses, etc. It is the perfect kitchen to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal while utilizing all of our stainless steel appliances to help keep food fresh and assist with clean up! Located in the kitchen is a double door fridge with a large freezer and ice maker, stainless steel electric range, and a dishwasher! There is also a cozy family room and Smart TV very close by to catch up on the news or not miss a second of the action when cooking, eating, or entertaining! The kitchen and dining room is the heart of the home and a wonderful spot gather around and spend quality time with one another. The back deck has outdoor table and chairs as well as a natural gas grill for your use! We have designed this house specifically for our guests to have a comfortable, worry free stay with everything you would want in a home away from home. We can't wait to host you! Guests will have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces! The garage is not available for guest use at this time.
There are a total of two security cameras recording both audio and video 24/7. They are all located on the outside of the home, and face only outdoor spaces, so your privacy within the home will not be impacted.
