Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including both a Nespresso and a French press for the coffee connoisseurs in your group.

The living space displays the works of local artisans to complement a contemporary decor with a hint of mid-century style. Colors are serene and neutral and comfort is the standard. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light.

With three bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The primary bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, an ensuite bath and remote workstation along with the main living area and a powder room.

On the first level, the second bedroom offers a king and the third a queen. These two bedrooms share the large hall bath. Memory-foam Casper mattresses are featured on each of the three beds.

In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers, down, or carpeting in our home and a Blueair purifier in the primary bedroom.

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a large deck offering both a lounge and dining area. There’s even a space for your yoga practice. The sunny backyard features a Solo Stove, perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine.

Sioux Falls is home to this vacation home. Michelangelo's David and Pettigrew Home and Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include The Outdoor Campus and Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science.
