The Aspen Grove is a very special 5 bedroom + loft, 4 bathroom home located in the Eagles Nest Golf Course neighborhood in Silverthorne. With a private hot tub, game room with pool table, 3 fireplaces, privacy and views, this home has all the amenities to be a memorable and comfortable vacation retreat. Perfect for family gatherings and groups, this 4,000 square foot home is surrounded by an aspen grove with views to Keystone. The outdoor area has a private back deck with BBQ grill, hot tub area, and secluded stone patio with tiered wildflower garden. The Aspen Grove is centrally located, just minutes off I-70 and a short drive to Keystone Ski Area, A-Basin, Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. A perfect mountain lodge!

The main floor of The Aspen Grove features an open kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, double ovens, granite counter tops, and slate tile. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils a chef could need for a meal large or small. The adjacent dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the bar. There is a gas fireplace in the living room, vaulted ceilings, a flat screen 55 inch TV.

The over sized main level primary bedroom is complete with a King size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen HDTV, and vaulted ceilings. The deck and private hot tub can be easily accessed from the primary bedroom. The private primary bathroom has a Jacuzzi sani-jet tub and glass shower.

Next door to the primary bedroom is Bedroom 2 with a twin and twin trundle. This home is child-friendly with pack n plays and high chairs available for use. A full bathroom is in the hall adjacent to Bedroom 2.

Downstairs the first level of the home has a spacious family room with pool table, wet bar, 75 inch TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie on the big screen. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and shared full bathroom in the hall. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, with full bathroom in the hall. Bedroom 5 has 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

The outdoor space features a large private back sun deck overlooking the aspen forest, a gas BBQ grill, private 8 person outdoor hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining table. Around the side of the home has a secluded rock patio area with tiered wildflower garden, waterfall water feature, and outdoor seating. A perfect place to relax with a book and catch some rays. The loft area has a work space with a large desk for guest use.

This home is well appointed for small children with a pack n play crib, ask for additional pack n plays or high chairs.
